Help with text messages

• To get help by text: reply HELP to any message from Arnie.
• To stop all texts: reply STOP to any message. You can also turn texting off in the app under Settings → Text settings.
• To change what Arnie texts you: open the app and choose Settings → Text settings.

Message frequency varies and message & data rates may apply. Texting is never required to use Ask Arnie.

Privacy requests

To ask what information we have about you, or to request deletion, email support@askarnie.app with the subject line “Privacy request.” See our Privacy Policy for details.
